The festival opens with Jessi Magick guiding a collective arrival into the space we are creating together. This opening gathering is a moment to land on the land, in our bodies, and with one another. Jessi will cast the community space with intention, care, and presence, setting the tone for the days ahead. Together we will name a shared vision for the future and the kind of world we are choosing to tend. This ceremony invites everyone to begin in connection, coherence, and joy.
FLORA + FAUNA OF THE JUNGLE

Explore the the wild world of Flora and Fauna of Costa Rica!
A playful invitation to connect with one of the most expansive ecosystems in the world. Learn bird calls, identify exotic plants, and deepen your awareness of the natural world.
Kim is an earth artist and a lover of both dirt and sky. An avid birder, forager, photographer and insect enthusiast, she embraces the natural world around her with gusto and deep reverence. She moves through the forest with ease, curiosity, and open ears, enthusiastically teaching others to listen as well.

Yoga for Pelvic Floor Power & Release

The pelvic floor is more than just muscles — it is the foundation of our vitality, creativity, and connection to the earth. In this movement-based workshop, we’ll explore the pelvic floor through the lens of yoga, fascia, and nervous system awareness to reclaim balance between power and release.
This practice is equal parts grounding and liberating — blending science-backed pelvic health with the soulful, expressive nature of yoga. Come prepared to move, feel, and return to your body’s wild essence.
All bodies and genders welcome. No prior pelvic floor experience needed.
LATIN DANCE

This Bachata and Salsa Latin Rhythms dance workshop invites you to explore the joy of movement through both bachata and salsa. We’ll begin with an accessible warm-up using individual steps to help everyone feel grounded and confident in the basics. From there, we’ll transition into partner work, learning short sequences in each style so you can experience the connection, rhythm, and magic that happens when dancing together. No partner required—just curiosity and a love for music.

Hidden among the sounds of the Costa Rican jungle, You Are an Artist invites you to reconnect with the creative spirit that has lived inside you since childhood. We begin with a playful ice breaker designed to soften the mind, spark curiosity, and reawaken the younger artist who once created freely, without judgment or expectation.
As the atmosphere shifts, we move into a semi-guided creative journey—part intuition, part gentle instruction. Here, you’ll learn to trust your impulses, follow your own marks, and let the natural world mirror your artistic potential.
This class is a celebration of possibility, a space to experiment, explore, and remember that you were always an artist—now you simply get to witness it.
DANCEHALL CLASS

An energetic dancehall session rooted in the Afro-Caribbean rhythms of Limón. Movement, musicality, and cultural storytelling invite full-bodied expression.
Darryll is a cultural organizer from Limón, Costa Rica. His work preserves and promotes Afro-Costa Rican heritage through festivals, workshops, and community education, building bridges across generations.
BREATH + SOUND

Breath and Sound with Fern and Maxim of Pranamór is an immersive experience of breath, voice, and vibration. Fern is a musician and intuitive channel known for voice activation and soul song transmissions that open the heart and clear energetic pathways. Together, Fern and Max create a field of presence that supports emotional release and embodied connection. The session weaves breathwork with live sound to guide participants into deeper states of awareness and resonance. Expect a journey that feels devotional, grounding, and richly alive.

LOS DEL BARRIO | 9PM
Los De Barrio are a beloved local calypso band from Cahuita, bringing the heartbeat of the Caribbean to the festival. Their music carries the rhythms, stories, and joy of the coast, inviting everyone to move and celebrate together. Rooted in local culture and tradition, their sound is both lively and deeply communal. This performance is an offering of place, people, and rhythm. Come dance, listen, and feel the spirit of Cahuita come alive.

Pulse is a sacred space to move, feel, and remember by connecting to your heartspace. Wander the vibrant Eternal Roots landscape & be in communion with the plants who call this place home. Through sensory connection, intuitive listening, and storytelling, you’ll meet a selection of tropical herbs and flowers known for their healing, magical, and emotional resonance.
After the walk, we’ll gather in circle to experience a guided plant spirit meditation where you'll be guided in choosing a plant that spoke to you, creating a connection & dialogue through ritual, intention, and deep listening.
Together, we’ll root into presence, reciprocity, and the quiet power of nature connection. No prior herbal experience needed, just your curiosity and open heart!

This offering is an exploration of mindfulness, energetic self-awareness, and ritual as steadying compasses for change. Through insight-rich dialogue and practical tools, participants learn how to meet uncertainty with presence and resilience. Cait’s Sacred Twerkshop is an embodied celebration of pelvis led movement rooted in ancestral memory and joy. Fertility dances that center the hips and pelvis trace back through many African and Indigenous cultures as expressions of vitality, prayer, and life force. These movements were later shamed and suppressed, yet they carry deep wisdom about power, creation, and pleasure in the body. This class invites you to reconnect with that lineage through playful, respectful movement rather than performance. Expect liberation, laughter, and a reclaiming of joy that lives deep in the bones.

Mike Joseph is a gifted musician from Costa Rica who had a major influence on dancehall and reggae music. He has won fans all around the world with his catchy rhythms and deep lyrics.
It doesn’t matter if it’s the mellow reggae melodies or the contagious dancehall beats, Mike Joseph’s music will get you up and moving and make you feel good doing it!

EMBODIED RESONANCE

Embodied Resonance is an invitation to enter the body as a living oracle and place of truth. Through sensation led movement, breath, and somatic attunement, we follow what is alive rather than forcing form or outcome. This practice builds nervous system coherence and expands your capacity to stay present with intensity, emotion, and life energy. Embodied Resonance is about remembering your own rhythm and trusting it to guide how you move, choose, and respond. You will leave more rooted in yourself and more available for the life you are living.

Jussie’s Ayurveda class is an exploration of living in alignment with a cyclical world shaped by season, sensation, and taste. SANTIAGO CARVAJAL FT. CARLOS BRENNY + ABEL PERIERA | 9PM
"SÉTZÖ" (“What Is Ours” in the Bribri language) is a project composed of original songs by Carlos Brenny (Cabécar) and Abel Pereira (Bribri), produced by Santiago Carvajal of Caribbean’s Seeds.
This project brings together original songs in Bribri, Cabécar, and Spanish, blending different rhythms and sounds from popular music with the ancestral spirit of two Indigenous peoples of Costa Rica.
This is their gift to the community and to the world—showing the strength that comes from unity, with a purpose that contributes a small grain of sand toward making this world a better place.
